The Oracle EPM CIP is a group of Oracle clients that have chosen to participate in EPM surveys to collect information about EPM implementations to better understand the benefits, best practices and get answers to important EPM questions
If you have ever wondered how you compare against other companies that are implementing EPM or BI and are an Oracle EPM customer, you may be eligible to become a CIP member.

Who Can Become a CIP Participant and Fill out Surveys?

  • Participants can be from any organization that has implemented, is currently implementing, or is considering the implementation of any component of Oracle EPM. 
  • The survey respondent should have a good understanding of, or have access to, information about the organization’s EPM and BI components - as they currently stand, what changes are planned, and benefits or outcomes experienced from them. It is ok to consult with colleagues from your organization to answer questions about subjects with which you are not familiar.

 

How Long Will Each Survey Take?
Each survey is designed to take approximately 20 minutes (Not including demographic information). Some people will spend more time thinking about the answers than others, so it may take a little more or less time. Demographics need only be entered into the first survey taken. After the initial survey, we will use CIP identification for future surveys.

 

Rules:

  • Organizations may remain anonymous, or choose to allow the use of your company name in presentations.  We will not use your name or company name without explicit permission.
  • Organizations must agree to participate in a minimum of 4 surveys per year (approx 20 minutes per survey).
  • Organizations will complete surveys on-line, but must agree to person-to-person follow up, if required (no more than 30 minutes).
  • Oracle will not share demographic or proprietary information with other companies without permission.
  • You will be notified by email when a survey is ready and provided with a link and deadline for completion. You may receive a reminder email about survey readiness.

Please Note:
For privacy and proprietary reasons, all individual survey responses will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without the written consent of participants.

Participants will not be able to directly retrieve or change their answers after submitting them. If an organization wishes to change an answer, they may contact the Survey Supervisor, who will assist them.

 When Will Results be Available?
Surveys will run approximately every three months. Results will be available about three to four weeks after the close of each survey.
